At East Branch Manufacturing and Design, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help with returns and refunds according to the policy below.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition
- Not show signs of excessive use or damage
- Be returned with any original packaging if applicable
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Certain custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:
- Original form of payment (cash or equivalent), or
- Store credit that can be used toward future purchases
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 days after the return has been approved.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
